燃用煤矸石分选提质研究

Research on the quality and sorting of burned coal gangue

摘要: 为了充分利用煤矸石资源,基于工业分析、灰成分分析、化学成分分析、矿物组成及嵌布分析、粒级分析和密度分析,提出了50~6mm粒级重介旋流器分选,+50mm作为废弃矸石直接丢弃,-6mm直接作为电厂燃料的煤矸石分选提质工艺,预计吨矿投资30~50元,吨矿电耗为5~7kW簚h,吨矿水耗0.10m3,吨矿加工费20~30元。

Abstract: Coal gangue is a waste, meanwhile it is a reuse of resource. Based on the analysis of coal preparation plant Muguajie and Antaibao coal gangue’s particle size distribution, Density composition,mineral composition, industrial analysis and associated minerals morphological characteristics and other aspects。According to the coal gangue’s characteristics, this paper aims to set up the technical scheme of upgrading and separation of coal gangue use, and form a complete set of coal gangue separation and upgrading technology.
